AMY CASTORO Drawing upon her extensive corporate experience Amy offers clients a gentle yet direct approach in identifying fundamental and pragmatic behaviors that lead to improved performance. Her approach centres on embodied learning, where clients are asked to engage in effective actions rather than a theoretical framework. She enables her clients to increase their impact in their organisation by more effectively managing commitments, building trust and managing morale. Amy Castoro has a BA in Organizational Psychology from Adelphi University. In addition to this she has completed a 3 year Business Professionals Course recognized as an executive MBA program and is a Certified Master Somatic Coach through the Strozzi Institute. Amy has over 20 years of corporate experience, previously working for such companies as The Walt Disney Company, The Adecco Corporation and Grant Thornton. She lives in Princeton Junction NJ with her two children and husband. She has a passion for outdoor activities, including canoeing, hiking, skiing and vacationing in the Adirondacks.
